Completely unrelated to their core business, I was in dire need of a valve removal key after my dinghy developed a significant leak. Having tried to obtain one across Kingswear and Dartmouth, without success, Steve and his partner (aka Bossy") offered to get a key next day delivered to their office on my behalf. A real life-saver in that it allowed me to service my dinghy and enjoy the rest of my holiday.This level of customer support was exceptional

Excellent service. Through my own fault I left it to the last minute before a trip abroad to get the batteries replaced on my PLB. Spares Marine assured me that they could do it in time - and they did: I posted it on Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Now just hoping I don't have to use it.

Purchased battery renewal for EPIRB. Being a safety item we did not want to be without it for any more than a few days. We posted it on a Monday and we had it back onboard 4 days later. The communication with Spares Marine was prompt and we will be using them again. And would definitely recommend this business to you.
