The practice is easy to find and there is parking available. This was my first visit to the practice and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed by the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of the vet Theo Bredell and also the helpfulness by the team working with him.

I had a warm and professional greeting. Plus felt confident of the care of my pets, with everything explained clearly for me. Hooray!

The vet was kind and thoughtful. He understood that we are first-time pet owners and reassured me of what he would be doing because Covid-19 prevented me from being in the practice. He also explained exactly what he did and what he needed to do going forward and advised me of exactly what to do to care for my dog following the vaccinations.

Theo is a superb vet and a very caring man, who has built a team of top class, animal oriented, vets around him. My wife and I have the utmost confidence in, the knowledge, experience, skills and capabilities of all three vets, Theo, Maitane and Gian Marco. The support staff are also efficient, caring and kind, most especially Sally at the Sandy surgery, where I mostly attend. The equipment and facilities are excellent. I have never failed to get attention and treatment for my animals in a satisfactory time frame.For all of these reasons and, my mantra from my professional selling career that, 'people, buy and sell, from and to, people', I will continue to buy the services supplied by the people of whom I have the greatest respect and affection, and who satisfy my needs.Thanks for a truly fabulous team.

Excellent care and understanding, you can normally see a vet who knows your pet and wants to do their best for them. I have a personal preference but I won't post the name so I can continue to get appointments when necessary! Thank you for the service you provide, it may not be cheap but it is first class!
