Very impressed! Modern hotel, my room was compact but not cramped and the bed was comfy. Staff were very friendly and checking in/out is very straightforward. Had breakfast in the morning and really good selection of hot cooked food as well as continental options

Stayed at Yotel Manchester for a 4-night trip. The reception area was unexpected, consisting of a makeshift chair with a laptop. But despite that, the service provided was fantastic and commendable. We opted for two King rooms. While one room lacked a window, the other had one.The room design felt a bit compact, utilizing what appeared to be scaffolding converted into a table, paired with an off-placed seating mirror. However, the shower area was well-maintained, and I had no complaints about it.Breakfast options were decent, though I hoped for a broader fruit selection. The staff's effort was evident throughout our stay. They were diligent in addressing our needs, promptly supplying any missing items in our room. Practicalities like the tea/coffee machine and iron stand were conveniently placed in the corridor. While the staff's dedication was praiseworthy, the overall ambiance and room set-up might not be everyone's cup of tea.I'm on the fence about recommending this place for future stays. ⭐️⭐️☆☆☆

A nice hotel in a fairly good central location. Fairly good facilities with a very vibrant looking restaurant and lobby. Rooms on the small side but modern and comfortable. Coffee machines located on each floor which are free to use, no kettles in rooms. The hotel is exceptionally clean. The only criticism would be many of the staff are miserable and off hand, especially the bar staff in the restaurant Morleys. Not so keen on the self check in/check out either - no personal interaction with staff at all during your stay or personal welcome.

Lovely hotel, in a great location. Everything you could need, nice and clean. And even a great bar downstairs.Only complaint is the price of the breakfast. £15 for a buffet breakfast, that was cold!!

Perfect location for visiting Manchester. The hotel is on the corner of Deansgate and very handy for visiting bars etc. The metro isn’t too far away and it’s about a 10 minute walk to both train stations.Staff were great on check-in and during breakfast.I liked the coffee machine that they have on the floors for drinks in the room.We ate in the restaurant on a night which was excellent. The drinks were really good.Breakfast could be hit or miss depending if the fresh food had just came out when you went up. A good selection though for £10 booked in advance. All in all, a very nice stay. At £335 for two nights without breakfast it is a little more expensive that I’d have liked to pay, but it was a weekend.

Great location, however we entered from the bar side and couldn't find the hotel. The 3 people stood on the bar made out we were asking for the meaning of life when we asked where abouts the hotel was.Que the self check in and then found my room which describes itself as industrial but is in fact unfinished with exposed pipes. The room was too hot with too many light switches and I couldn't turn the TV off so I just put a towel over it. One of the lofts was our of action.... scenic route to get anywhere.I then went to the bar, got ignored by the same 3 members of grumpy sad staff and had to ask to get served for a drink. No chat from any of the staff 'heading out for food..we can recommend somewhere' or 'would you like to eat here?' I mean ... come on, where have the basics of a hotel gone these days?! Jeez.Thankfully I was there for work so I didn't pay for this hotel that's trying too hard to be quirky but in fact is just wierd.Think I'll stay in a Premier inn next time and no doubt Pedro will disagree with my comments, Seems he only likes the positive feedback.

Had good vibes" but that was about it. Really poor "cabin" design - can't turn off the extractor fan so had noise all night

Very small king-size room. Clean although the windows were so dirty it was impossible to see out.Toilet area nice, lovely free products unfortunately the whole floor was flooded when the shower was in use.Breakfast was laid out on the bar and surrounding area, everything had to be searched for, food was very ordinary and cold by the time everything could be gathered up, there was a good toaster. We certainly don't think it was value for money and would not return.

Excellent stay at YOTEL for a conference at Manchester Central. Checked in early at 11:30am - so great to be able to get straight into the room! Location was ideal for the conference centre and Deansgate station. Funky bar/restaurant on the ground floor also. Room very comfy and compact but had everything I needed. Nice having the Galley area on each floor with the coffee machine and water fountain. Some additional staff on hand at breakfast would be beneficial, especially on weekend days as there was a wait to check your name off the list, but this was just a small thing.
