Just ordered 20m3 of ornamental bark. Arrived very promptly product is just what I wanted and driver could not have been better or more helpful. Will be back for more. Price was great too

I have used DFL many times - which says quite a bit - as I keep going back. Products and prices are always very good and the guy who delivers our loads is brilliant - friendly, helpful and the best with the hiab we have ever had - always does his best to put the stuff where you want it. I would recommend DFL.

Do NOT use this company!!! It arrived and is terrible! I ordered a tonne of 20mm compost as wanted it a little bit chunky, I have a tonne of dirty 20-25cm twigs, stones and plastic! Avoid them like the plague!!!In response to your reply - it does NOW state it on your website and you've even changed the picture of the product. Funny how you managed that AFTER I asked for a refund which you were rude about and refused. Glad you won't be robbing anyone else with your false advertisement and sheer disregard.Despicable Fraudulent Liability landscaping supplies.

If I could give a minus 5 review I would. 20mm compost has all sorts of landfill bits, glass, plastic, old trainer parts. Absolutely does not meet the certificate specification. Worse still, it has ruined and killed my new vegetable beds. A documented assay test shows it does not germinate plants properly. If at all. 8 cu m will have to be dug out and replaced. No idea how I'll get rid of it. All my plants and seed's are ruined. I've lost the start of the growing season. Little response, no resolution offer.11/9/20. Natasha has been responding and I am hoping for a positive response. Will advise what happens. They buy in the compost and specification compliance is not their fault.

Brilliant service , ordered on Bank Holiday weekend , got it next working day and saved myself around £40-50 as their prices were great including free local delivery. Friendly driver dropped the bulk bag of stone chippings off right where I wanted.

Topsoil was excellent quality delivery fast and driver put the bags exactly where i wanted

We have used DFL twice recently and were extremely happy on both occasions. First order was for mushroom compost which is of excellent and my plants are already looking better for it. The second was for topsoil. This too is of excellent quality and at a reasonable price. Both deliveries were quick and the second one was especially good as the driver managed to get the load to a spot that then made much less work for us. It wasn't easy but he was extremely helpful and managed it. They definitely deserve 5*

Excellent friendly service all round. Just had two bags of topsoil delivered which is very good quality. The driver was very skilled and got the bags into a tricky spot, but very convenient for me. All this on a single track country road which he had to reverse down. Thank you.

Very poor experience from this company. They had experienced phone problems prior to my order, however that does not excuse the issues. I had to contact the company myself regarding delivery to ensure my delivery would be in time, which I was assured it would be. Luckily I double checked the day prior and found out delivery had been moved to a day almost a week later; with no chance of them being able to honour the promised delivery date. I'm still now waiting for a refund nearly 2 weeks later, not good service at all.

This is the first time that we have used this company and I have say that I am really impressed. Very easy to order on line and we were able to change the delivery date without a problem - they were very accommodating. The delivery driver was very nice. I really can't fault them and will use them again.
