If your looking from a prompt efficient dry cleaning serviceThis Dry Cleaners is NOT the one for youThey are rude, disorganised and blaséI brought 2 evening gowns here on Wednesday 31.05.22 and was promised Friday 08.06.23 as a collection dateI arrived on the designated day.Not only were my garments, not ready, but I could see them hanging on the rail like ‘some bad rubbish’When I queried whether they had been cleaned or not, I was told that one had, and the other hadn’t been cleaned!!!Then I was rudely informed that I had to wait another week for collection of the second garment!!Suffice to say I paid for the one that had been cleaned and left. Extremely disappointed and let downDo not use Eco Clean if you want an efficient pleasant service.If I could give it no star rating would.

I called to inquire about wedding dress cleaning and they very helpfully came and collected my dress for no charge to assess it for a quote. I was given a quote after and my dress was just delivered to me this morning. I am very happy with the excellent job they have done. My wedding was outdoors and involved lots of walks in a forest after a day of rain, you can imagine how soiled the train of my dress got. Now my dress look like new and it's been completely cleaned and steamed, there are no stains and it's back to it's original shade and state, and so is the veil. I am very happy with the servic. Sitting outside and it’s 9.20 and no sign of the owner or the staff. It’s says their opening hours are 9.00 am. Not very professional
