most of the staff are very helpfully. I'm struggling with many aspects of life and it makes a huge difference to get that support

Opening hours were a little different to the main branches but this branch as with all of Boots branches is still the best place for non urgent medical advice.

My elderly mother went here for some eye drops. The staff were rude, unhelpful and dismissive - snapped at her for queuing the wrong way and then totally belittled her and refused to help her.Went to Sheltonlock pharmacy instead and the staff there were much kinder and helpful. They listened to my mother's concerns and got her the eye drop needed.

The staff always try to be helpful. Despite dwindling supplies on the shelves I can usually get what I went in for. Good accessible location.

Since the long time Pharmacist has left last yr this Boots has gone through many many stand in's , staff come but since Mannor has closed patients have move across so its very busy ...however as a long time customer it's very sad to see it go from such a functioning happy place to shop pick up your scripts to what it has become .New staff has been a constant over the last yr and as they are mostly filling in they are not familiar with the system , scripts are not sent of or ready and your asked to come back later , half your medication is on an owing slip as they do not have the stock.You need to have a good 20 mins to half hr even at opening time as there is already ppl waiting , and if they are waiting for a Pharmacist they can not open at 8.30am .After all of this they try their best and the long standing staff still have a smile for you even though you can tell they are stretched and frustrated themselves .The staff that serve you on the tills for regular items such s nappies will be a thing of the past soon as they now are only having Despensers and Pharmacists , this all saidI hope they find a permanent Pharmacist that will last longer than 2 wk to 3 months soon as they have lost many a customer over the last yr .

Great customer service when getting vaccinated

Poor customer service. never got. tablets you need in. not very good in letting you know your prescription ready or waiting over half an hour for them in store

Appalling service,totally disorganisedStaff,I don't think the pharmacist hadA clue I took a prescription. On Thursday and 1item was not in stockI was told it would be ready by eveningOr the following morning.l waited 40 mins tonight 24 hrs laterAs it had .Not been dispensed,along with manyOther customers items.I will neverUse Boots ever again they are aDisgrace.
