Very disappointed with selection of raw treats, so many things no longer available.Used to be our go to store for dog stuff, sadly find it untidy now….Has it got new owners? Always used to be well run.

Great store… we are first dog owners who needed plenty of advice. We were helped by Karen who advised us on a good quality food, Cooper puppy which has gone down well with Daisy.We bought a selection of treats, which we would have been scared to try… but with reassurance they were suitable for our pup.Thank you again for great help from someone who quite clearly knew what she was talking about. (Breeder of Boarder Collies) We shall be back in soon for sure and Daisy will look forward to more treats.We even signed up to the loyalty scheme!

Fantastic new pet shop in March 2022 for Witney. Huge range of natural treats for dogs from small to extra large. Wide raw food range, fried and wet foods. Caters for many other pets including cats, birds, fish, & reptiles. Many accessories & toys also available. Very well priced.

What a great store for all the best pet treats and accessories. I'm housesitting in the area for Running Duck Pet Services and couldn't resist buying a big bone for the good boy I'm looking after. We'll definitely be back for more toys and healthy treats as we're in the area again in mid-October.

I recently went into Just for Pets to purchase some supplies for my cat. I spoke to an employee called Claire, who was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely visit again.

Been coming g to this shop since it opened but went in this last week staff not interested I asked about food I usually buy as I couldn't find it to be told if its not there we don't have it. I chose something to keep me going.Staff were not busy 2 girls were chatting gbout a tattoo on her face.Shame as used to be a nice store when the young man was there

A great shop ruined by a unhelpful and uninterested lady staff member. I can't name the dark haired lady for obvious reason. I've have great service in the past so I feel this should be bought to your attention.

Excellent customer service even when it was extremely busy.The store assistant was very helpful and asked for help from the manager. However, she seemed to be busy and said no, not right now. The assistant managed the situation a lot better than the manager.

A spacious, well stocked store with a nice product range. The staff were friendly and helpful. I made an enquiry about slow feeding bowls which was answered with knowledge and common sense after listening to my comments rather than trying to sell me an unsuitable product. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable about the shopfloor stock and where to find everything.It is not a cheap discount store but the opportunity to actually see and take you dog and try equipment ends up more simple than trying to source from the internet and return when the quality of ypur on line purchase is rubbish or doesn't fit.Th shop has a huge range of feed including frozen raw food and a lovely choice of quality dog beds. I spent far more money than I was expecting to!Very pleased with the matching Joules jumpers.

What an AMAZING store. We travelled all the way from London because it is the only shop that has such a wide variety of harnesses for big dogs. Lots of choices. They also have an amazing variety of dog food. My fur babies favourite being pigs ears and knuckle bones. Today we also had lots of help with fitting from lady called Rush. What an amazing personality as well as knowledge. My dogs don't often like strangers in particular my Rhodesian Ridgeback but...he was good as gold with her. She stroked him, gave him treats and was brilliant with both my dogs. They are quite large dogs and people tend to avoid them but Rush was really AMAZING with them. More people like her should be working with pets in places like this. We left store with 2 very happy fur babies and me even happier for getting their harnesses ( not easy finding the right one let alone big size that one can try on). Definitely coming back for more.
