Mark has been deep cleaning our cars for a few years now. He's a thoroughly nice chap who always does an excellent job! Highly recommended.

Trident had great communication, and was able to come on short notice. Seat looked amazing afterwards and price was excellent compared to other quotes.

STUNNING! That alone does not come close to how brilliant a job Mark did on the car. Inside and out the car now looks brand new and gleaming. On the day Mark arrived it was freezing, icy and not pleasant weather at all. He stayed working on the car from 0900 and continued for several hours non-stop. The exterior chrome effect plastic trim around the grille and windows were particularly bad. VW had advised it was not possible to restore it and they would have to replace them which would cost several thousand pounds. Mark managed to bring these back to almost mint condition. We also opted to have the headlights restored which was worth every penny; they're fantastic! We all have high expectations and seldom are they met; Mark exceeded our expectations and truly is a capable quality professional. Great customer service and a fantastic job done. 100% highly recommended. DEFINITELY using only Mark now!

Had the unfortunate experience of running into one of the ‘trident valeting’ guys in Warfield tesco this morning. Said good morning to him was going to enquire about some of his services and got greeted with a really dirty look and the words ‘ do I know you’Followed by him turning and walking off. Safe to say we won’t be enquiring anymore !
