My partner has been going here for over a year now, and her nails have always been stunning! Thank you so much for always making her day!

My regular nail place was fully booked and I needed an appointment asap for an event so walked in here, but…Nails look lumpy and uneven. When they were removing my old gel/prepping my nails, they just rushed it so I literally still have old gel on the sides of my nails… she didn’t bother to even push back my cuticles at all so the base of the nail looks wonky.The people there were nice but my nails honestly look like they were done by beginners so I’m not coming back again

Fabulous service. Lovely bright and cheerful surroundings. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and skilful. I had a half-leg wax and a basic manicure. Total cost £33. Unbelievable value. Super job. Lovely, clean, family-owned business with a lovely atmosphere for both staff and clients. I would recommend highly.

Eyebrows and eyelash tint. No shaping. Eyelashes only tinted in the middle of the eyelid. Cost £25 (cash only accepted). Looks weird. Eyebrows just look like a splodge of dye on the skin and hair. Gone back to my usual salon where they have tinted all the eyelashes and shaped and tinted the eyebrows again.

Amazing technicians here , my new favourite place , bit further than my usualPlace but worth the extra journey, wouldn’t go anywhere else now

I’ve been going to Go Glam for waxing and the occasional gel removal for a year and they’re fantastic. Super friendly and efficient service!

I always go to this salon (have done for about 1.5 years) everyone is friendly and always listens to exactly what I want for my nails.

Feel sad to write this review but you should not rely on this salon to meet your appointments professionally.I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure here six weeks ago with acrylic nails and shellac, with a very kind and friendly lady who did both beautifully.I booked to go back today for a refresher pre honeymoon and got the time wrong due to a rushed online booking. Rang to apologise and ask if still okay to come. The manager, Catherine, said yes, please come and don’t worry. I arrived and she asked me to wait - I said okay but I live nearby so can come back later if easier. She became aggressive and asked me what I meant. I said I live nearby so if too busy could come back when salon calmer.I then sat down at a booth and started manicure with a friendly technician. Catherine continued to badger me about ‘what I meant’. I told her to calm down and stop being so aggressive but she got so angry she told the technician to stop working, thrust refunded cash at me and told me to leave the salon. It was embarrassing, odd and irrational behaviour, and an unpleasant end to an otherwise lovely day.Now nails not done for honeymoon and despite very positive first experience at this salon will never return due to Catherine’s terrible temper. What a waste of a spacious environment and skilled manicurists.

I got acrylic nails and I was surprised about how quick the process went. Not much explanation, the lady just did my nails. The salon was quite busy, they had many customers and not enough staff in my opinion. That’s where the attention to detail was unfortunately left behind. I am content with the result, but it’s definitely not perfect. Overall, it was fine and fulfilled the purpose, just not overwhelming.
