Professional, friendly, and welcoming service from a very knowledgeable team. We had been really struggling to find a match for an engineered wood floor in our property and the staff at The Floor Center managed to source a product for us. Really happy with the service and final result. Much needed new carpet & underlay for two bedrooms, very professionally done. They have tons of carpet options to choose from in their show room and Alan was really helpful in discussing options. Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend to anyone. Outstanding service from start to finish. No hard sell in shop just good advice, clear and honest quote and setting of timelines which were then held to completely. Extra costs for extra work added by us the same - clear quotes which were then held to. The quality of the finshed product and the work done were outstanding. Friendly, helpful and did a really great job. And no - they didn't pay me to write this :-)

Owner Leighton was friendly and took time to listen to my requirements and give his expert advice.From initial quote through to fitting of my carpets and vinyl the staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Most importantly I couldn't be happier with the quality of my beautiful new flooring.

Excellent service from start to finish. Very wide choice of wood to choose from, and no sales pressure at all but helpful advice. Job completed within allotted time, and everything left perfectly clean and tidy. Delighted with finished job, and would recommend without hesitation.

From the very first enquiry through to completion and then follow-on care, Leighton and the team at The Floor Centre have been superb. Extremely responsive, always ready to help us in the planning, and then the work itself was done in an extremely professional, high quality way by a team that were friendly and took great care in their work. In addition to being professional and great quality work and service, it was also very good value. All in all a wonderful service that I would recommend very strongly.

Really friendly helpful service- was able to order and pick up my flooring right away and when it came to us fitting it, we were one board short and Leighton gave it to us free of charge. Will be back when I’m ready to do more renovations!

Had the guys in today to lay kitchen, utility, toilet and upstairs bathroom floorand I'm absolutely delighted with the finish. They have done such a great job and even moved the door stops to better positions for a better finish. Could not recommend enough. Oh and the quality of the flooring is fantastic. Thank you very much!
