Staff are welcoming on arrival and spaces are good even for a more wider car. Pricing is expensive depending on the event, but beats travelling by train

It is a car park. The car was parked. And then wasn't.Why not have payachines on each floor instead of having to go down, to go back up.

Would give this car park zero stars if it was an option. The wait to get out is hours, we were directed to park on the 8th floor. There needs to be a better system to emptying this car park on match days. Do not park here if you have kids or anywhere to be. What an absolute farse. Makes zero sense that no one has thought of a way around match traffic!

Multi storey car park with plenty of space right next to the shopping centre, what’s not to like.

Atrocious customer service. Attended a show at Ovo arena which finished at 10.30pm, so obviously you want to get home as quickly as possible. There was obviously a large crowd all coming out together. Out of the 6 pay machines only two were working so you can imagine how long the queues were. The parking office only had one attendant who you couldn’t even hear. It’s not as if we were parking for free - I paid £16.50 for 3 hours. For that type of money I would expect top customer experience. Instead it was atrocious. Scandalous and not great for the LDO attracting visitors. If management have any conscience can they resolve this. They don’t even deserve one star.

Easy access to the stadium. Expect queues when exiting after big events!

On event days, twenty pounds is added for normal parking. If you have event tickets you pay far less. The lifts are all at one end, there is a bank of three. The lifts get busy when events end but plenty of stairs are available for the eight storeys

Excellent staff, very helpful. Prices on event days are perfectly reasonable. If I am parking my car in London I want to know it will be there in the morning. Total peace of mind. You get what you pay for. Highly recommended.

Very handy for all the Wembley attractions and venues. Non event day costs are reasonable. Remember that you may have to cross into the Congestion charge zone, and older vehicles will also have to pay the ULEZ fee.
