Have been a patient here for many years,have always found everyone to be polite,helpful respectful,from the reception to the Doctors.I have never had a problem getting an appointment ,more often offered something that day or next.We have lived all over UK and by far this is the best GP surgery we have been registered with, cannot fault it.Well done to everyone especially in these covid" times

High lane medical centre, no other word for them than brilliant. Doctors who listen and care, receptionist who act with compassion, everybody who works there take a bow. I'm not a one for running to the doctors at the first sign of a problem but knowing they are there and available for you is a godsend.Thanks from me and keep up the excellent work.

Such a caring & compassionate medical practice. And so organised and efficient. From the Reception to my GP (Dr Davies) who is amazing. Patients are allowed to call and speak to someone who will patiently listen and do all they can to help - treating you with respect and care. And patients have direct emails to GPs! They genuinely care about their patients. A breath of fresh air from my previous medical practice of 10+ years, (which is so big now that it has completely forgotten who it is they're there to serve), and would not get 1 * from me as it is so lacking in every department where High Lane excels.

I can’t speak highly enough of HLMC. I rarely have to wait for an appointment, can nearly always get one convenient to me whatever day/time I call, and with my preferred GP (provided they work on that day), and when I have the appointment I feel they take as much time as is needed to listen. They are brilliant! Special shout-out to Dr Evans!

I moved to High Lane after i was unable to get an appointment with my previous GP for weeks after the death of my Mother i was really struggling. I registered on Tuesday. The following day i was called asked if i need to see a GP. An appointment was made the same day at 4.30pm Outstanding practice. From the welcome from Reception and Dr Riley was kind gentle and very reassuring. Thank you to everyone.

Just over three years ago after suffering indigestion I rang at 9am and was seen by Dr Williams at 11am, second appointment that day at 3pm for blood tests, all seemed fine until 7pm when i was called by the NHS to tell me I’d had a heart attack, hospital that night and bypass later, were it not fit High Lane Meical Centre i more the likely would not be posting this. Thank you to the best.

Just the best GP's ever, the reception staff are so kind and helpful. I have never struggled to get an appointment, it is so refreshing to have a GP surgery where you feel cared for. All the doctors, nurses and admin staff are wonderful and I have nothing bad to say!
