I had such a wonderful experience in Laura May Bridal. I had been to so many bridal shops before trying to find my wedding dress but never felt like I'd found the one. Emily at LMB helped me find the perfect dress and she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. All of the team at LMB are super friendly which makes the whole experience so special. Abi was also brilliant when I picked up my dress and made me feel amazing!

I visited yesterday along with 6 family members. Verity was amazing she understood exactly what dress I had in mind. We did try some I thought I wanted but immediately knew they weren't right for me. She made me feel at ease. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and I found the one after only trying on a few.Thankyou Verity for making my day extra special it meant a lot.

I booked an appointment and what a great move this was!Firstly the selection of gowns is outstanding. There really is something for everyone and the team are so creative in suggesting alterations to make your choice feel even more like YOUR gown.The team are incredibly kind and helpful. They are super patient letting you try on what you need to but also make the experience really fun. They kept me and my guests very well stocked on cake and drinks to really enjoy the experience – I felt really free to enjoy and express myself which wasn’t something I have felt at other shops.Their feedback on gown preference is honest and helps you to narrow down a selection.For finding such an important dress I was extremely comfortable sharing my likes and dislikes whilst also discussing how I wanted to feel on my wedding day. I felt very heard and valued as a customer and an individual.Thank you all so much for helping me find my dress. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Laura May bridal, on Saturday. The staff couldn't have been anymore helpful and went above and beyond to make it a spacial day for my friends and family too. I had the most perfect dress, which was tailored to my needs. I genuinely can't put into words how amazing my experience was at Laura May Bridal. Laura was the perfect stylist and I had complete confidence in her. Her professionalism was first class but at the same time she brought an air of calm to what could easily have been an overwhelming experience. And of course she did find my dream dress, I cannot thank her enough.All the staff we met were so friendly and there genuinely was such a buzz in the shop. The staff at Laura May go the extra mile and make you feel like a VIP. I can't stopping smiling and cannot wait to see my gorgeous dress again! Looking forward to my next visit ❤️

Back in March, I visited your Cardiff boutique with my mum and two bridesmaids/ best friends. On arrival Abbie made us feel welcome and at ease. The prosecco was flowing within five minutes of settling into the dressing room. Abbie returned with around 6 dresses after I had told her what my preferences were. I walked away from Laura May, with my perfect dress chosen plus accessories. Abbie is a fantastic person who listened to my insecurities and worked with them.Thank you Abbie and team.

Amazing experience at LMB. They were really accommodating of myself and my 6(!!) guests, keeping the prosecco constantly flowing. Amy was incredible - she really understood what type of dress I was after and made me feel so special all day. Highly recommend to any brides wanting to try on a variety of dresses in a lovely calming environment. I visited four bridal shops in total and LMB stood out by far - on my first appointment I was given free reign to browse the 100's of dresses and pick those I wanted to try on, I was there for almost 2 hours and didn't feel rushed at any point (thank you so much Emily!). There is such a large selection of dresses which is ideal if like me you had no idea what you want!I went back yesterday for my second appointment to try on three dresses I had shortlisted - Mim was fabulous in helping me narrow down my favourite and made the whole experience just as lovely as my first appointment.
