Wouldn’t even give a star. Had my screen repaired, as soon as I got back home the screen messed up. I went in with my 14 day warranty and they did not uphold it. Blamed me for breaking something I didn’t. Rang police on me for the police to agree they was in the wrong but they use the law against customers as they will tell u to go to trade standards rather than either refunding or repairing what they haven’t fixed. GO TO M&C they are soooooo good and cheap. They took half an hour to fix my phone miles cheaper and I have a warranty they will uphold but I don’t need it cos M and C do it right

Absolutely excellent service, above and beyond the usual expectations of effort. A tricky and time-consuming problem must have wasted hours of the guys’ time as tried they hard to diagnose it. They were honest and transparent and very reasonable on price.

I came into the shop around a week ago now, with the issue being that a previous repair from another shop had not sealed up the phone properly, allowing dust to gather inside and blur the front facing camera, along with the ultrawide on the back (Samsung Galaxy S21), which I was charged £40 for.After good service, only taking around 3 hours before recieving the phone back, I found that there was still a noticeable amount of dust underneath the front facing camera [see image 1]. I asked about this, and was told that You only asked me to clean the lens of the phone
