Well I took my eldest granddaughter who is autistic to monkey mania in Ludlow as the rain won't stop. We were early and staff wouldn't let us in stating we would have to wait 25 mins. Connie doesn't comprehend this and had a meltdown in front of a queue of people. The staff stood watching me struggle with grins and let other customers in before us.Suffice to say I will not be going again.The staff need training in autism to make it a welcoming experience for all.. #autismawareness

Cheap enough and plenty of slides for the little one. Cafe served fresh, quality food.Only slight negative is that they ran out of baguettes at 2.30.

An incredibly well designed soft play with an awesome jungle theme. Friendly staff and a good range of food. They even had soya milk as an option available for the big mug of piping hot tea!

The facilities were good for the kids, but got the impression the staff are easily stressed. When we needed to leave, we were stuck waiting at the locked gate even though the staff could see us waiting to get out. They just carried on mopping the floor. I had to ask once or twice if we could please leave.

Absolutely love taking my little one here.It’s all safe and ideal for the little ones to go off on their own giving the adults a bit of a break.Highly recommended!

Great place for kids. Staff cope very well on super busy Sunday noon time. Food not expensive (£5), fresh and good. Would not suggest to change a thing here. Also delicious real coffee.

It was okay, but there wasn't much for little ones to do, there was a tiny ballpit and a slide, and that's about it. It's much better suited for older children, there were a lot of big slides and climbing areas.Bear in mind: the older children still come into the toddler area and will knock your little ones down, so do be wary of that.
