Came in to have a look at a scooter for my little girl. Had no price tags on it so went to the bike counter and asked the guy with the big beard for a price, he replied in a pretty hostile manner that he's seeing another customer (who wasn't even at the till at the time). Fair enough, waited 10 mins for him to deal with the customer. As soon as he was done he went to serve the customer who was in the que behind me?? Joke. We walked out.

After going to a Halfords Clough Road approx 3 weeks ago and getting fobbed off and told I had to go to a garage and they could not help me, I just popped into Halfords St Andrews Quay on the off chance. The lads couldn’t have been more helpful. They got me sorted in 10 minutes. Best £27 I’ve ever spent. Highly recommend St Andrew Quay. Would not use Clough road again

Excellent Team and Skilled Managers. I was at my wit's end yesterday and quiet short having spent a few weeks sporadically trying to diagnose an issue on my car. The Manager Izzy there worked with me for quite some time calling the other branches at 6 pm at night swapped a battery, fuses and I completed my work shift and got home. Today my car starts and I made it back to work again. I give the team there 5 stars for thier patience and dedication to making a customer happy and believing my own experience. That's why I have always trusted Halfords with most of my car needs since 1990.

Always great customer service and friendly. I've been for repairs before and had no complaints, bought a brand new bike today, over the moon. Girl called Abbie is lovely and so helpful, she's always helped both my mother and me with all queries and issues; super approachable and polite. Love this store, 5 stars!! ☀️

Came in for what we thought was a dead battery and a battery change. Chris went above and beyond to help us and fixed our issue that turned out to be something else completely. Absolutely amazing service. Thank you Chris

First class service.Was kept up to date whilst I waited for a battery check and replacement. Work carried out quickly and efficiently by mechanic. Only downside was that the work had to be done outside on a cold night. If done in an indoor unit, would surely get more custom.

Went in to the store after having my car M.O.T done by them, tried to book in the re-testing.I contacted the garage they provided, the customer service was awful and rude over the phone.I went back in to the store where the staff was extremely rude and not willing to help (jacob). They had no staff trained to be able to book me in. Shocking customer service. Still on going.
