I have used several different Stoneacre Volvo dealerships and this on is the best. We were on holiday and they worked hard to get our vehicle repaired on the day from diagnosis at 9am to driving away fixed at 4pm. Despite the eye watering bill I didn't feel ripped off. This is a lesson other branches of Stoneacre could do with learning.

Had an MOT done at Volvo today and couldn’t be happier with the service I have been given. Clare on reception was very friendly and was warm and welcoming when I entered. Connor completed my MOT in a timely manner and didn’t go over the hour I was told it would be to complete the MOT. My car came back spotless I will definitely be back next year.

I took my car in for service and MOT, unfortunately it failed and had a few advisories, I was given really clear advice and pricing for the work needed to get the car through it's test which it then passed and a follow up appointment made to have the remaining work done. My car was ready on time and washed and vacuumed. Thank you to Liam and Clare for looking after me and my car, absolutely exellent service and both very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Volvo Newcastle.

Superb service as always from the service team, Glenn, Clare, Liam and Paul are always friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable.My V40 was in for service and some repairs which went smoothly, costs were discussed and full explained, very happy and would highly recommend. Sometimes people only take the time to leave a negative review which is sad and often not justified unfortunately!Big thanks again for the continued great service guys!

I used them for a service and cam belt on my 2011 V70. I had a query about the additional work that they had done, and therefore the additional £250 charged . I was promised I would be called by the manager to discuss however I had to call him but he couldn't give me a definitive explanation, still waiting for him to call back again following him checking something (10 days since the car was worked on).I guess this is how they subsidise pay for all the staff .I won't be going back.UPDATE- I was contacted by the manager who was able to go through my query in detail and offered me a software upgrade foc. He even arranged a curtesy car whilst mine was being worked on. In the end a much better experience.

My Polestar 2 went in for a recall and I felt the service received was below the usual standard of a main franchise dealership.Handed over my key and was asked if I was staying or leaving. Got told it would be about an hour and that they'd let me know once the car was sorted, so I stayed. Not a big issue but I felt I had to wait until another customer made a coffee as I wasn't sure if the machine was for both staff and customers.Car was seen to and check was completed within the hour which was great however, the form I filled in said that there would be a complimentary car wash and footwells hoovered (RRP £9.99) of which neither was done. I've then driven home charged my car over night to find it was only on 40% the next morning. Thinking I hadn't set my charger settings properly, I've charged it overnight again and got in to find it at 40% so wasn't able to do what I had planned for my day off work. I've checked the car settings and for some reason, the dealership have changed my max charge settings to 40% and never put it back to what it was originally.Quite frustrating given the week I've had and by no means an awful service as staff were friendly enough. Just below the mark on this occasion...
