Having encountered a problem whilst on holiday, Colin and his team provided an excellent service, identifying the issue and professionally undertaking the work required. (Quite a big job!) Communication and customer service were outstanding, I would highly recommend them.

After being turned away by another local garage, Rap Moto welcomed us late in the afternoon, just before their closing time. We had had a small accident affecting the front wheel and framework behind. They had a look at it and assured us that they could fix it and hopefully by the end of the following day. True to their words, they had sourced the spares required and the car was not only fixed but valeted as well within 24 hours. The price we paid was the same as the quote they gave us the day before. Thankyou for rescuing our holiday and making us feel so much better the day the accident happened. Highly Recommended!!

Colin was a life saver!My van battery died whilst I was in Ambleside and so I rang Rap Moto Garage in the hope of finding help. Colin kindly came to help (out of hours I will add) within 20 minutes of my phone call so that I wasn't stranded.I am unbelievably grateful and couldn't thank him enough - five starts all the way for pure kindness (and fixing my van was a bonus too!!)

Fantastic service from Colin and Rap Moto after my car broke down completely on a weekend away in the lakes. Recovered my car to his garage Saturday morning and had it up and running by Monday, running better than it ever has. Thanks again!

Amazing! Could not have asked for better service! Drove down for a minibreak to Windemere and the car developed an issue with the brake system that made it unsafe to drive. We phoned Colin and he could not have been more helpful. He immediately put us at ease by fitting us into his day. He went above and beyond when sourcing the part needed in time for us to check out of our holiday accommodation. Genuinely taken aback by the effort.I am so glad that I found Rap Moto as they absolutely saved the day and delivered great work at a fair price!Colin and his team absolutely deserve the praise that myself and everyone is giving them.

Absolutely excellent service. My MOT and full service was done so quickly and at such an incredibly reasonable price. Would highly recommend the team at rap motor garage! I even got into my car afterwards and it looked like it had been cleaned. 5 star service!

We arrived in Ambleside for a holiday last week and the car was making a knocking noise. Colin, Simon and team were great. Took the car in first thing the next day and spent ages investigating it. Repaired the fault. Very efficient, very accommodating and very good value. Would really recommend to locals and tourists.

An excellent garage. A really helpful team Colin and Simon absolutely sorted a problem with my Jaguar F Pace fast and efficiently and at a great price too. I cannot recommend this garage enough, these days it can be hard to trust garages but these were a genuine outfit. Thank you

As a result of driving through deep water I ended up with water in the fuel drain filter. I was able get a check up right away and thanks to Colin the van was fixed in no time. Excellent job, I highly recommend this place!
