Amazing service and really friendly. First time I've ever cracked my phone screen....Walked in at 4:40pm Saturday and was fixed by 5:00pm. Would highly recommend.

I thought I needed a new phone screen, but they told me I only needed a new screen saver and efficiently changed it - and cleaned my phone! And if I had needed a new screen they would have been £100 cheaper than the Apple Store. Great service team.

Outstanding! Chopped my phone in half but these guys were able to transport all my content from the broken phone to a refurbished phone in two hours! And, we couldn’t even get my broken phone to open! 2nd hand phone works perfectly too. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Face ID always working consistently right up until handover (it was unlocking using it in front of them as I was handing it over) and then when they replaced the screen it no longer works with error on TrueDepth camera. Their response was to just keep repeating to me that they did not check Face ID beforehand and that they did not touch the camera. I now have a devalued phone that has no Face ID facility and I was charged £95 for the pleasure. Manufacturer has since confirmed through diagnostics that the TrueDepth components have been damaged

Made an online appointment yesterday to get screen replaced on my mobile today. Vety easy to do and got a confirmation enail. Very efficient friendly service, cost made very clear before repair and they showed me my old screen etc when they had replaced it. Got a year's guarantee on the repair too. Would not hesitate to recommend them. Very nice guys.
