I have used MES for many years on a variety of electrical appliances and always received a first class service they keep to appointments give friendly service and sensible advice I would and have recommended them to my friends

Please dont trust this engeniers. One guy came to check my dish washer. It has been working bit it trip occasionally. After he left, i didnt get time to oparate the dish washer. I turned on in the evening i realised that it completely stopped the dish washer.DONT TRUST.. THEY ARE COMING OUT SELL THEIR PRODUCTS. They charged me £28. 60 for checking. The electrician has one aim to check and confirm that the machine gone. Have to buy their product.

Peter carried out repairs on our washing machine least amount of fuss and came when he said he was coming! Certainly use him again!

Merseyside Electrical Services have been good enough to come and fix our drier a few weeks ago and then our washing machine today.They responded very quickly and fixed both appliances.Very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend.

Had a domestic disaster when our oven failed just before the weekend.Pete responded immediately.It’s an expensive Italian oven but it was fixed immediately.Great service.

Just to say a big thanks to MES for my oven repair in Allerton - had a couple of quotes and one guy let me down so was made up that they did the job they said they would. Thanks again.

The repair man who came out to me was beyond condescending and rude! I tried to explain the issue with my washing machine and he kept interrupting me. He spoke to me like I was stupid and made me feel uncomfortable in my own home. I will never use this company again and I will be making everyone I know aware of just how ignorant this repair man was. Such a shame because I know it's probably not all the repair men with this company.

I have just called this company regarding a washing machine repair. I was attempting to explain how I had tried to fix the problem myself, thinking this information would be helpful. The man I spoke to was rude, abrupt and unhelpful. He proceeded to tell me that he would be unable to come and fix my washing machine, as he does not fix botched DIY repairs...all I had tried so far was unscrewing the filter!!!!!! Shocking attitude. Surprised he had any business at all. But don't worry, there are good guys out there, try Hanson Domestics, they were extremely helpful and polite. They guided me over the phone and saved me a fortune. Manners cost nothing.

The engineer was so helpful and even came out the same day. I was informed of the cost before any work took place and then my oven was fixed quickly. The lovely man even tidied up after himself before he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to use MES again in the future and I highly recommend them.

I cannot sing the praises enough of the guy who called out to my house.I explained I had one of those 10 kilo american tumble dryers and a previous engineer had walked in and said what the hell possessed you to buy such a machine"! That was excellent customer relations!!!The MES guy called out ans spent over an hour and half taking machine to bits and identifying the problem. He then put the machine together and told me that he knew the exact problem areas and needed to look up the wiring system for the machine to make sure it had the correct safety switch in place in order that the machine would not short in any way cause any harm to the user. He went away and looked up the wiring specs and contacted me to say work could be done. He came back spent 2 hours here replacing the parts and then..music to my ears when he turned the machine back on!! I cannot fault the service he gave me and am telling all friends about him. It w at all. He made sure the model had the as nice to think he was not ripping me off in any way. He went away and did his research to ensure that the right cut out switches were installed in the machine if ever there was a fault. So impressed by level of service and communication from his "office." Will never ever again take out an insurance policy to cover machine failure. I will call this guy every time. If something is done well..you have to pass your satisfaction onto others who maybe looking to use the services of this company. Thanks"
