The security guard (zwayne) is an absolute legend ! Give the guy a pay rise , so polite i can actually say iv never been in a shop and felt so welcomed , his hat and just his whole personality is great ! Co-op don’t ever let this guy leave ! The best bit is he saw I was abit down and he happily come have a chat with me to make sure I’m ok , thanks for that! By the looks of it I’m not the only person praising him! GIVE HIM A PAY RISE! I can’t say it enough ! He’s an asset you don’t want to be loosing !

Super clean and well kept store with friendly staff. Zwayne the doorman especially brings so much life and character to the store always greeting with a warm smile

I can’t believe prime hydration is included in the meal deal here. Also, want to say the service is top tier and the security officer Zwayne brilliant, he just makes you feel welcomed and is helpful. Also, every time I walk he’s smiling and working hard.

The Caucasian Female Security Guard with the stocky build has a very arrogant attitude. It doesn't matter if you are a regular customer and shop at this branch of Co op and spend money here often. This person (if they ever communicate with you) won't bother to show even the slightest amount of respect. Common sense would dictate that if a member of staff is speaking to a customer they can at least use words such as 'please' or 'excuse me' or 'sorry to bother you' etc. They should never speak to a customer in a disrespectful way and they should always be polite. When you confront this arrogant security guard and inform them that they should be more polite when speaking to customers, they will refuse to admit they were wrong and will continue displaying atrociously bad manners. I understand that other customers have had issues with this individual as well. This security guard is impolite, rude and arrogant to say the least.On a positive note the other security guards who work in this branch of Co op are generally polite and courteous.

I get my regular shopping from here the staff are friendly and store is always clean. Zwayne the security guard is so friendly and helpful. Always smiling and Tremendous customer service. Best security guard ever.

This is a review I wanted to leave on behalf of my husbands experince. We are in the childrend hospital on ICU, our son has a Chest infection and because he has complex medical needs its a slow journey. Dad goes to Coop to pick up some supplies and has been chatting a little to the security guard Zwayne about our boy. Bless Zwayne, whilst dad is buying sandwiches, Zwayne has pick up a card, flowers and chocolates. He wrote a get well soon card from everyone in the store and even spelt his name right. Our little boy gave a beautiful smile with the card and loved running his hands over the flower petals (infection control means we need to keep them in the kitchen until hes moved to a ward). When our boy is a bit better he will love tasting the chocolate. Honestly it was such a touching act of kindness, when we have had it a bit tough. Coop this man is something special if you boytled what he has and shared it amongst all your teams you would beat out the competition in a matter of weeks. Thank you Zwayne.

Just come in for a bottle of wine and got ID checked. Told Zwayne that it's by birthday, and this sweetheart zooms off grabbing me flowers, chocolate and a card signed by himself and the staff in!10/10 best co op experience I've had. Zwayne, if you're reading this, you're a gentleman and an absolute legend <3
