As always my guinea pig loved his visit to the vets to get his nails cut and a hair cut. He loved his cuddles and was very relaxed. Professional staff friendly and reasonable price as well. Thankyou from Shaggy and myself as well

Great vets, lovely people treating the animals and on reception, they get you in very quickly to be seen.

Visited on 8.11.23 with my little spaniel cross. This was my first time at this practice. Was seen by vet Sam who was thorough and friendly. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Amazing and attentive staff, very warm and welcoming and help with put us at ease with a misdiagnosis from a previous vet. Special mention to the amazing staff, especially vets Sam and Gina. They were amazing in checking over our little duke, couldn’t thank them enough. Also, the amazing reception staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.

Always accommodated for an appointment to see the vet when worried about the health of my pet. Very professional, thorough and caring. Soothing my pet and reassuring me. I highly recommend Garden Lodge veterinary clinic.

I writing this review based on a single experience - up to this point I'd found the practice quite good, with dedicated and diligent staff. Unfortunately, I had come to the point were I had to make the tough decision to put my cat down after a brief illness. Having booked the first appointment on a Saturday, I was shocked at the lack of compassion and professionalism from the staff that morning. We were left in a room with our suffering cat for over 40 mins past the scheduled time. In the interim, the door was left ajar, so we could hear the giggling and banter going back and forth between the reception staff and the vet. After asking at reception what the delay was, the vet eventually arrived in to the room with a huge grin and still giggling to himself, obviously still focused on whatever light subject he'd been discussing with the other staff. I found this not only unprofessional, but was also quite offended, given the gravity of the situation.

Avoid like a plague. They had my puppy about 20 years ago. Didn't give her antibiotics because they said we want her to fight infection, later they said she is to week to take antibiotics. 1 month in there £4000 and my puppy died. I ask for a full print out of treatment, they said printer was broken it, it took them 1 month to give it to me. It's all truth so it's Urchoise......

We have always used garden Lodge for our pets. All the team are fantastic and show they have a love and passion for what they do. We now attend with our 6th dog, Max and even though we have over an hour to drive we still wouldn't consider anywhere else.
