Shirt Monkey

This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If something goes wrong with your order, good luck. The customer service team do not seem competent at their job and will give very short, poorly worded replies (assuming they DO eventually reply). I double checked their terms and conditions before asking for the refund that I am entitled to. They made a printing error and tried to tell me that it was fine, it quite clearly wasn’t.Edited to add*** The account number I had originally sent them was incorrect, I take responsibility for that. It still took them three weeks to tell me the bank information I had given them was wrong. Convenient that they finally emailed me back with 30 mins of me leaving a negative review. I dislike giving bad reviews for companies but I still cannot justify leaving more stars. My full (edited) review is on trustpilot.

Scott handled our order to perfection- so thank you. It was a complex order for DTG printing with intricate graphics and colours, and each T shirt required a different placement for the artwork.
