Spent the past 15mins on hold, I got down to position 48 in the queue and decided to use my time more productively looking for another doctors. My previous experience was, I waited a year for test results, two weeks for a telephone appointment and a further 3 weeks for an actual appointment.

Total lack of service if ever able to get through in the phone. I don’t want to discuss my medical issues with a receptionist. The practice manager apparently can not be spoken to unless I complete the formalComplaint procedure. Pathetic.Emails are not responded to. Complaints are ignored. Call 111 or go to A&E is great advice. This surgery is not fit for purpose.Dr Britten has been excellent.The past four years have been a total waste of time being registered here.There are some very good staff taking calls whom are clearly in a terrible position being constantly failed by their employer.

My appointment was with the Nurse Practitioner Lucy. She was so lovely and really took the time to listen. I have a follow up appointment too. It’s so nice to see the same practitioner again, continuity of care is so important. Thank you Lucy!

Shocking service at present. My wife has had a number of issue relating to a repeat prescription. She is on medication, where if not taken, can cause horrible side effects. The practice have said the order has gone through, only for the pharmacy to say they haven't had it. Wife goes back to the practice who confirm they hadn't got the note to order repeat prescription. Such a simple process and they are playing with people's health and well-being and acting casual. Complaint incoming!!!

Impossible to contact. Can't even get in contact to cancel an appointment. No wonder it's all in such a mess. 50 minutes waiting on the phone only to be cut off... I literally give up!

Absolutely shocking service, unable to get an appointment, had to explain the same thing at least three times to the receptionist.Absolutely no understanding of patient care or compassion. I’m appalled at the way this practice treats it’s patients.

Awful awful doctors! Well the reception I’m sure the doctors are lovely! But trying to get to see a doctor is a joke! You literally have to be dying and they will still tell you to go pharmacy and book a coffin! Beyond a joke. Please stay well clear of this surgery
