Holiday Inn Express Bristol City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Parking run out really early,waited 10 minutes outside in the cold for someone to let us check in and they locked the door,rooms face onto main road extremely noisy can hear every vehicle go past. Bed is comfy. Noise factor knocked a lot of points off

Rooms are good although a bit small. Unfortunately they look dated, especially the carpeting. They have air-conditioning, which is nice. Also the breakfast was good. The location, although close to the train station, doesn't have much else interesting around.

Great location just across the road from Temple Meads station, despite being on a main road the room was quiet ( they left earplugs in the room which is a great touch). Car parking is available by the rear entrance. If you want to eat or drink out of the hotel both are available just up the road. Staff are really good and friendly, room was good and very surprised to find that hotel supplied Dove toiletries in the bathroom, which was another nice touch.We would definitely be going back here on our next trip to Bristol.

Looks pretty weathered from the outside and it’s not a new hotel by no means but it is decent for the money.Staff are really helpful and friendly, although it was busy at checkin when I arrived.Breakfast is the same as all their other hotels and included with the room.Location is excellentRoom was clean and comfortable

Great location, opposite Bristol Temple Meads Station, with plenty of buses to the city centre. The room was excellent and well prepared. Breakfast, which is included, was very good, with cooked breakfast, which you serve yourself, and toast, croissants, yogurt and cereals available. My only disappointment was when I arrived back at the hotel at 10.40pm to find the bar closed, despite being advertised as being open until 1.00am.
