Absolutely shambolic. Spent over two hours ringing to chase up my Grans missing chemo tablets. The phone rings and rings,they pick up and then hang up without speaking,but you can hear them chatting in the background.. Rude. Disorganised.Unfit for purpose.Disrespectful of vulnerable people.This needs sorting out pronto!!

I called in for a prescription issued by a consultant, they were so busy and about to close so i attempted the 25 miles round trip again only to be told they were having trouble locating stock. I asked if it could be posted to me, apparently not a problem. 12 days later, im still waiting. It seems after 4 days of trying to call them, they cant answer their phones either. What am i meant to do to get my prescription

A dreadful customer experience, no communication, no interaction, no care. If this was a commercial enterprise it would not last a month. A five year old could devise a better process than is currently in place. Bad management, poor attitudes

Absolutely appalling!! As others here have said, there is no communication or organisation whatsoever, it's just chaotic madness - a big, hot mess of a system" that they have in place! The processes which the staff are working to are massively flawed

Now been waiting for over 2vweeks for my prescription, managed to speak to someone 2 days ago who said they would call me back but haven't, just tried calling them now 9.30am Friday and they haven't even took the phone off the answering machine, what a joke!!

Poor service. Long wait time and yet prescription are never done right or time. Poor management of stickers. My prescription was missed and was notified after 30 minutes. With apology from pharmacist prescription was made after another 20 mins. I had to pay for the parking at their cost.

My daughter and I went to Pride Pharmacy to collect chemotherapy tablets and anti-sickess tablets on Monday 4 December. I waited 45 mins for the tablets. My number came up as being 'ready for collection' even though the name hadn't been called. I took the ticket to the desk and 3 people searched for it, eventually to be told it was being checked. Another 15 mins wait and a package appeared and we left. An hour later the Pharmacy rang my daughter and said they had her chemotherapy tablets! Absolute disgrace. How had that prescription been checked????? Why was it on the board for collection when it was neither complete or checked? She collected the tablets the following day, another 20 mins wait just to collect a ready prescirption only to be told to take the tablets every day when she only takes them when she has radiotherapy days. What the hell is going on in the pharmacy. There's must be 20 staff on duty but everything takes so long, plenty of chatting going on. Meanwhile we have to pay the parking charges for their ineptitude.

Of course, went in for a prescription - the meds I was waiting for weren’t there so they said they’d call back within 24 hours but they didn’t.However, went back in on Saturday morning and the girl who served me Kiran was fantastic. Kept me updated while I waited and was pleasant, smiling and had a great attitude. I usually don’t leave reviews but this girl 100% deserves a mention. If everyone treated people like Kiran did with me - we’d have less disgruntled people, even if the wait is long.Rated this a 5 for the individual.

Why don’t they answer the phone?We dropped a prescription off over a week ago and they were supposed to call and let us know when it was ready. My father needs this prior to his cancer operation and lives over half an hour away so it’s not easy to drop in and see if it’s ready. From reading other reviews there is a distinct lack of customer service and no accountability
