I absolutely loved the cooking experience I booked with Paola, and my friends did too! It’s been hard to feel connected during lockdown, somehow this experience managed to transcend zoom and really feel in some sense ‘real life’. Paola is a great chef, but also fun, friendly and chatty which helped us really enjoy our time learning with her. I picked up some really useful cooking tips which have fundamentally changed the way I cook! I can’t wait to re cook the recipes we made during the class too.

Paola is not only a lovely lady, but she's absolutely amazing at what she does at The Tiny Italian. Our Christmas party experience was fantastic and so much fun. I had my reservations and was a little nervous about cooking in front of lots of other people but I needn't have been! I highly recommend the 'Spritz Like An Italian' experience for friends, families and work groups - it's the most fun I've had during lockdown! Lovely to be able to see and chat with others whilst making gorgeous food.

Paola hosted a virtual cook-along for our work event. She was fun, energetic, and very knowledgeable! The classes are well run and easy to follow along even for beginners. She manages to keep everyone on track even while answering questions, cracking jokes, and keeping everyone engaged. Food turned out quite tasty and I think everyone learned something new. Would definitely recommend!

We had the most wonderful evening with Paola! My girlfriends and I did the 'Spritz like an Italian' evening and we enjoyed every minute of it....the cocktails were absolutely delicious and the food was wonderful too! Paola is an incredible host, knowledgeable and generous with the information and tips she shares but she's also a huge amount of fun and very engaging! We all enjoyed it and would all definitely recommend!

Paola is as lovely as they come, and truly has the ideal personality and presence to make a virtual cooking class/experience more memorable than most! We selected Paola and The Tiny Italian for our holiday gathering this year, and not only was the dish we prepared delicious, it was truly a fun experience! I also learned some really interesting cooking tips that I've already shared with several family members, and had some really fantastic leftovers to indulge in over the weekend ;-) I give Paola two thumbs up, alongside two very energetic jazz hands. Paola made sure my mums virtual birthday party was absolutely fantastic!! We’ve missed our family so much during lockdown and this has been the positive vibe we needed!Paola invested so much time to make the session special - the extra cooking tips she gave us were the perfect - accessible and easy to follow but also really valuable even to seasoned cooks in the group.Everyone said it was the best thing they’ve done in lockdown. And even when we can get out to a restaurant, we’d still want to do a virtual cooking lesson with Paola. Don’t hesitate to book!

So much fun! One of the best experiences I've had during lockdown. Paola makes you feel so at ease during her cooking experiences. Her communication prior the experience is fantastic and she creates a fun and inclusive environment for you to learn how to make some wonderful Italian dishes. She really does bring the fun back into the kitchen. I've already told my friends all about her!

My team at work and I had a fantastic time learning how to make a Sexy Sausage Ragu with Paola as our Virtual Holiday Party! We all had an absolute blast and it seems all of our dishes turned out well! Paola brings such great energy, personality, and knowledge. We all learned a few new tips and tricks while dancing to the music she provided and drinking wine. The whole thing (about 2 hours) moved really smoothly and we shared jokes and laughs throughout. It was also a great way to introduce one of our brand new hires to the rest of the team! It was a huge success and I highly recommend it!!

We booked Paola's virtual risotto cooking class for a work team social and absolutely LOVED IT! Paola is a superb host and really gets the party going! Not to mention how amazing everyone's food tasted at the end - I think we all learned some great new skills! I'll definitely be booking another class with Paola in the future, can't recommend her enough!

So so good! I joined a cook along with Paola as part of her Italian Summer series in Puglia. I’ve never done anything like it before so wasn’t sure what to expect. As a decent family cook, I just wanted to improve and maybe learn a new recipe. I certainly did that! I learned 2 fantastic new recipes as well as how to chop, how long to actually cook your garlic and onion combo, layering flavours and so much more. Paola is a joy to learn from. Can’t recommend her enough. Give it a go, you won’t regret it! I felt like a professional chef!
