Strongly recommend Volta's. We were greeted and offered tea. Both me and my husband's therapist were amazing, we felt so relaxed after the treatment that we purchased the massage packages which they offer. I also got my gel manicure done as they offered vegan gel polish. Overall a very calming and relaxing experience. Thank you Voltas!

I went for a pregnancy massage & was looking for relaxation. The room was tiny, the person doing the massage hardly had space to move & the lights were generally too bright (the lights were turned off when I asked for them to be dimmed). The massage itself was going well. But during the massage, there were two separate occasions of loud knocks at the door. The first time I didn’t mind too much and settled back into the massage. But the second startled me and put me on edge for the rest of the massage. From then on, any sound near the door made me feel like there was going to be a knock. Not relaxing at all! I mentioned it when paying and although I understand it’s wasn’t the fault of the person I was speaking with (the person giving the massage), I didn’t feel like it was taken seriously. Hence leaving a review here. Will not be going back.

I had a greek woman give me a massage and she was super professional, she ensured that I was always comfortable and she gave me such good insight about how I can maintain a better wellbeing for my back. Volta is a pricier than many but it was worth it, especially since they even have package deals and give you a discount if you opt for the package that day of your massage, even if you just pay a deposit. Love it and will be going back in a couple weeks.

I'm now a regular customer of Volta and I honestly can't imagine life now without Varsha's head massages. They're hands down the best Indian Head Massages I've ever had, and she is so attentive to your stress levels. Been here for mini spa days as well with mum which includes massages, Manis and facials and they're brilliant! Couldn't recommend more

My experience at Voltas was very disappointing. The pedicure was painfully slow, uncomfortable and woefully inadequate (excused by the girl doing it that “she was only Saturday staff”), and the manager was not interested in hearing my feedback at the end of the session, hence I felt it necessary to write this review.

Unbelievably unhelpful staff - could not move appointment to the following week using the system and got told to do it online which wasn’t working - despite me being IN the salon! Then waited for 20 mins+ in the waiting room before leaving. Awaiting call to have deposit refunded or appointment moved. Terrible customer service, recommend going elsewhere.

Booked for one hour deep tissue couple massage through groupon and I must say I was really pleased with the service. Booking the appointment was very easy and I was able to choose a day according to my availability which was great! The staff was very professional and polite. I must actually say that the beauticians who looked after us were really lovely! the massage was great and was really done properly. I also received 20% off any facial treatment which was a great surprise. Already planning my next visit
