Halfords Autocentre Leicester (Woodgate)

Inexperienced engineers, not reliable staff. MOT booked and repair booked. Paid for extortionate engine repair,but the problem still there. Ask why, manager said come back again when the time to do MOT TEST, will solve it out. Unfortunately, the MOT fail,I rejected for the mot problem repair. However, the previous issue can not been done because I refuse to repair THE MOT FAULT. Do you think that is right? I also wan to complain there's missing original part while the removing my car's engine cover.

friendly and extremely helpful staff!Job was done quickly and they even went above and beyond what I had taken in it for, after finding the problem was different to what I was originally told by a previous company! Would definitely recommend

Absolute Shambles! They managed to damage my brakes during an MOT, then had the cheek to say it was broken before I left it with them, and then they listed several further flaws as Dangerous Do Not Drive (to create a smoke screen for their incompetence?). The same car passed its MOT comfortably (at the very next garage that could fit me an appointment) with a few advisories, which Halfords had put down as Must Immediately replace' / Immediate Repair Needed". As it turned out Only the mysteriously damaged brake pipe needed replacing. I lost days at work waiting for the competent garage to have an available appointment. They (Halfords) even included a quote for over £400 for partial repairs

Had an MOT booked for today and this morning they cancelled because 'they couldn't fit our car on their ramp' which we know, from speaking to other autocentres in the area, is a lie and is actually just because they don't want to do it.Now we have to find another centre to do it, at last minute, when today is the last day of holiday that we had available to arrange it. We won't be booking here again.

Michael and his team were very helpful and able to accommodate my vehicle after being messed about and let down by another branch at short notice. Very professional service offered by the Woodgate branch. Thank you, would recommend!!

Although they were a bit confused with Halfords own Life time tyre warranty system they sorted it out and very quickly repaired my punctured rear tyre for zero cost. So i left well happy.

My neighbour experienced the same what others are complaining of MOT and repairs at this garage. I had booked and paid for an MOT with full service and NOW I have cancelled both.I will also ring the customer service and will cancel my Premium membership which I bought from Halfords last week.I really hope they will refund the membership money and other monies related to the bookings.

Had a good experience with Halfords and i think its worth becoming a premium member especially if you have more than one car, this branch on woodgate sorted out my MOT (free of charge if your a premium member), they also did a health check on my car and i got a discount on changing brake pads and braks discs again due to being a member, i spoke to Aavish who was very helpful in fixing these issues.

Halfords fitted a camera in my car. Afterwards I had a leak in my boot and back seat because I only just had my car I took my car back to my dealer they found that the people who fitted the camera had causedhe damage to the car I went back to halfords twice but they didn't want to know it cost me 50pounds to fit it and 100pounds to get it fixed not happy about itThe manager was not very helpful and when I said I was going to do a review he said go for as if to say that it would not make a difference

Couldn't solve the issue after dropping car at 11:30. Dropped the car with prior appointment for checking the interior lights and not given update untill i went directly to find the status....kept the car for whole day
