I have been into 3 of these shops. I have yet to find one that has polite staff. They are abrupt and make you feel like they're doing you a favour. Abrupt and rude. My boots were resoled and heeled....not even 3 months and everything is loose.....the sole and heels need to be reglued.....this job cost me 25.00 quid....I am not happy at all.

Went on there to get my shoes polished. The guy leaning against the counter doing nothing gave me an incredulous look and informed me that they do not polish shoes.

I got my bag strap fixed and the shop assistant was very polite and helpful he done my bag straight away was very impressed with the job done neat and tidy Great customer service I will deffenity be returning

Excellent first class service got my chelsea boots reheeled renovated and sole done ... still wearing from last year ... also watch repaired and new bevelled glass put on for no charge... absolutely the best

I turned up at 08:50 and the shop was shut (despite advertising on the door that they open at 08:30. I came back at 09:10 and it was still shut. I rang the customer helpline on the door and was told at 09:14 that the shop assistant was on his way to open up and would be there 'any minute'! 25 minutes later at 09:40, there was still no shop assistant and my paid parking was about to expire so I left. I will not be attempting to use this shop again.

When came to collect my pre ordered key the person seemed to be new and couldn't find it. He tried to find it for 5 min. Annoying, but this can happen. When I then asked what can be done about it as I drove all the way over after receiving a text to collect it, I got the most aggressive response back saying he couldn't find it and was keen to start an immature argument in store with other customers around. I was completely taken back by this and actually felt verbally attacked.

Rude Customer service from the manager by the name of Charlie.Came in there to fix my Mulberry bag and was greeted with disrespect and a lot of attitude. I have spoken to Head office and sent them the voice recording of your attitude problem.I enjoyed my jog btw :)

Partner got a key cut from these guys who charged £6.00 only for it to not work and only offer partial refund.
