Just had them here for the first time and they (Tom and friend) did a good thorough job. Thank you and hope we can keep a good working relationship.

We used this Company for over a year and the actual clean was okay, if a little pricey. The reason I have sacked them was chasing payment when I had paid in advance due to holidays.People make mistakes but it is the attitude of the owner that is terrible. Was dismissive on the phone and when I texted to advise I didn't need him anymore, sent a sarcastic one back saying - you had a bad day at the office"Not the sort of behaviour I expect from a service provider and my advice would be to avoid at all costs."

Just used these for the first and last time today. The guy became very defensive and argumentative when I asked why the fascia and gutters hadn’t been cleaned. He charged £56 to clean 8 windows and clean out the gutters. I understood this to mean cleaning of gutters and fascia, which is what I needed and asked for.Maybe he needs to to think about the language he uses, and tone, to avoid further misunderstandings. This was a costly job and now I need someone else to come and finish it.I understand and expect a surcharge for one-off jobs and didn’t think it unreasonable to expect the gutters and fascia to be cleaned for this price on a small terraced house.

Great Company and even better service, use them for my works office windows, always turns up and does a great job, windows have never looks so clean, best price as well we was quoted for inside and outside.

Richard and the team have been cleaning our windows for almost 3 years and we have always been pleased with the clean. We are always told when our next clean is due and it’s always done on that day.We would recommend giving him a try!
