Josh provided a very thorough snagging survey for my newbuild home, which not only offered reassurance, but also identified a number of snags that I probably would not have ever noticed!The report was well received by Ashberry Homes, who have already remedied a number of these in less than a week of receiving Josh’s very clear and professional report.Josh was very prompt in responding to my initial queries; was punctual and friendly on the survey day; and also in sending the report that same day! I wish Josh well for the future and would not hesitate to recommend Suffolk & Essex Snagging.

Joshua offers a fantastic snagging service. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and produced a detailed report of all the snags which I was able to pass onto the developers to remedy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying a new build! Well worth the money.

Josh was brilliant at inspecting our new build property. He is friendly and thorough in his work. We found some snags ourselves before hand but his work is a lot more in depth and therefore located some issues with our property that we wouldn’t of noticed. His made the process of snagging much easier for us as he took pictures of all snags and attached them in PDF format to send straight to customer care with no hassle or work required by us. A good price, for excellent work! Thank you, highly recommend

Josh was very punctual, professional and knowledgeable when inspecting our 3 bed new build, he had a great attention to detail.He was super friendly and provided a great service. I would definitely recommend, 71 snags were found in total for our house. The report was sent within 24 hours of visit in a PDF Report which was so quick and in good detail with photos. We had our new build snagged by Josh & we couldn’t recommend him more. We saw some but that was obvious to our eyes but with Josh’s knowledge he was able to pick up so many more that we would never of known about.Very professional, punctual & report sent to us the same day.Thank you very much!

Josh was absolutely brilliant. Punctual and professional. Was a bit dubious to have this service done as after buying a new build property you don’t want to be told so many mistakes have been made or see any blue tape anywhere. We did spot a few things but some things were so obvious once Josh had sent a report that very same day. Made the whole experience stress free and feel even more relaxed to get things sorted and settled in. Would highly recommend!
