The worst fish and chip meal we have ever had. It was tasteless, fish which was dry throughout and slightly burnt at the ends.. They even managed to make the chips taste dry. This is normally my husbands favouite meal, that he choses everywhere we go. I chose it for a change expectinggood quality food from the M & S brand... it couldn't have been further from the truth. Please don't waste your time or money..

this place is no good. the staff are honestly rude. i was here with my brother and we was looking in the mirror and a WHITE women comes up to us and says “excuse me we have to clean these you know” in the rudest way possible. she was clearly racist towards me and my brother considering we are both poc. will not recommend this place if you are a poc.

We decided to have fish and chips for lunch. We asked for bread and butter only to be told we could only have a roll and butter as the bread was for toast. We offered to pay for toast but not to havevit toasted but then it wasn't toast. It took several minutes for us to be allowed to have b&b. Why oh why was there such a battle?!?!On a positive note the fish and chips were beautiful as was the bread andbutter. Shame to spoil our experience. Why do the restaurant managers make such ridiculous rules. Do you not have b&b with your fish and chips? It made a lovely meal better yet caused such a dramatic.Come on guys, get it sorted please.

Visited M&S Wolverhampton today, for Christmas presents, came away after buying what I wanted. Staff are very helpful and friendly. My only concern is that when later going back to the cafe yet again there was a long queue. It seems not enough staff are working in the cafe. Most times you have one person on the tills who has to take order and payment and make the drinks. Which makes for a very long time in the queue.

A two level Marks and Spencer in the middle of Wolverhampton shopping precinct.The food hall offers some delicious grub with a good selection of flowers, magazines, papers etc.The clothing sections all depend on your taste and style but for me the mens formal wear is excellent value and quality.Apart from the hordes of the blue rinse brigade at peak times, the cafe is pretty good too with excellent customer service.

I think M&S must be trying to lose customers. Constantly moving food sections around for no practical reason whatsoever. And in the last few months the range of food available has been decreased. Unless M&S stop deliberately annoying their customers, they are going to lose them when the Tesco opens over the road.
