Started Training at age 50 , love this place a great place to train , has all the equipment you will need at whatever level of fitness you have. The trainer is first class and can help you achieve your goals, the other members of the gym are very friendly and will also help you push yourself. Give it a try its not just a gym it can be the change your looking for in yourself

I was struggling with my weight due to injury. So I started group training sessions and have gone from strength to strength. No problems with my old injury due to great guidance and training. I'm also stronger and fitter than ever plus I've made a load of new friends.

Came down with Duffie to train a 40 minute circuit, everyone was engaging, friendly and treated you as if you had been there for years! My Wife and I have been training with Micky for several years now! Always a cheerful smile and warm welcome waiting anytime we arrive.We both take part in group sessions and personal training.
