Scam car park, run by a crook company. I paid the ticket and park properly.Five months later I received a letter to demand 50 pounds for parking incorrectly. I appeal it.That is the reason why I never go back to central Hanley.

Went to the theatre today tonight and used Brakes car park. There were no clear bays fully marked with the surface of the car park being very poor but I followed the lead of other drivers and continued a row of cars. I was frustrated to find I was given a PCN with a £50 fine. It’s clearly a great money mule for Stoke on Trent City Council and its action will definitely not encourage me to return back to Hanley anytime soon.

Very poor lighting, poorly marked bays, I arrived in the rain, paid my ticket to use a virtually empty car park, then received a £50 penalty for not parking correctly aligned in a bay. I'll never visit Stoke again, first and last time I'll spend my money here !

AVOID.The car park has been tarmacked incorrectly with half parking bays. There are no obvious signs to advise you if you should park inside of a half bay or two half bays. You get a parking ticket even if you have paid and displayed your ticket.Saw many cars with parking tickets. This is clearly a scam!

PLEASE AVOIDCar park has been tarmacked incorrectly with half parking bays with no clear instructions or signs. Returned to find a fine as apparently my car was occuping two half parking bays.Saw many others with fine. Its cheap parking but not worth the fines.

Close to the city centre and very convenient for the theatre and only £3.50 for a full day. Car park is not fully tarmacked and the bay markings are not very good, but it's no big deal. Also be aware it's cash only.

Joke of a 'Car Park', received a £50 PCN for 'not being parked correctly within the markings of a bay'.Despite the fact I paid and was parked as well as can be expected given how poorly the car park is tarmaced and how poorly spaces are defined.Avoid.
