Exceptional service from the entire team, though special mention to Charlie in particular who has dealt with me the most. I did have an issue with the product I bought, but Charlie and the rest of the guys have made it impossible for me to be too mad about it, and have sought to get it resolved quickly. Definitely a cut above the rest when it comes to customer service.

Staff member didn’t seem to actually want a sale. Came in half an hour before they closed and asked to see an item of jewellery from the window, the lady then rudely checked her watch and sighed, reluctantly agreeing and creating a bit of an uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff should be enthusiastic and helpful but instead I felt they were judgemental and rude. It wasn’t until we asked to buy it that her attitude changed. I planned to buy myself some nose studs too but after the customer serviced received I decided against it, will go elsewhere. However good selection of jewellery and reasonable prices!

Fantastic repair team!!! I have repaired 2 items here and it has been a flawless victory.My ring was broken in two and looked hopeless and damaged. I am posting before and after pictures.I will be coming back whenever I need help with my jewellery.
