Fantastic service all round. Rob responded to my enquiry quickly, was kind and reassuring, and gave me confidence to leave my beloved ring with him for repairs. The goldsmith was kind enough to complete the work quickly so I could collect the same day. The repair was excellent and polished like new.Would not hesitate to go back to this independent hidden gem.

Fantastic service. Found them on Google and Instagram messaged an enquiry. Very prompt response. Had engagement, wedding and eternity ring resized and polished. They did a great job. Communication great and ready next day. Definitely recommend.

I love this shop! They have a beautiful selection of jewellery which are at very competitive prices. I own several pieces of jewellery from here as pre covid I used to visit on my lunch breaks and was always itching to come back for more! Can't wait to visit soon as I know I will receive a warm welcome and lovely customer service.

My boyfriend purchased an engagement ring but it needed to be resized. The lovely staff at J.McCarthy resized it for me and thickened the band.They also have a lovely selection of vintage jewellery and I’ve got a beautiful opal ring from them.Would always recommend reaching out with your jewellery needs, Rob will honestly do his best to help you.

Fantastic shop and the staff are incredibly helpful.I went in looking to buy silver cleaner and left with two sets of necklaces and earrings cleaned while I waited, as well as new backs for the earrings.I was able to look around while waiting and the selection on offer was very varied and unique. I will definitely be returning!
