Really disappointing came for a test drive 20 minutes early, dingy showroom and not even a welcome from the 2 staff who were just on the computer, did not even look up at all. I was kept waiting way past my booking, definitely definitely definitely would not come here again thoroughly miserable experienceI will go out of town to the next dealer if I decide to go for the car.

Very welcoming and friendly place, the staff are on hand to answer anything about the cars. You can look at leisure with no hard sales pitch.The process from looking to ordering was straightforward and Dannielle kept us informed at every step. Would recommend to anyone thinking about buying an MG.

I highly recommend MG the staff are so very friendly , supportive and of excellent communication & Service. On my experience trips from Wednesday to today and seeming we went to numerous other showrooms before MG reece at MG was the most friendliest and most helpfulll lad iv met . I have never been to MG before but this is a showroom I recommend to All the staff are Absolutely Amazing and we came away with a new car and a smile on our face with thee excellent service we received. Welcoming staff who made time to acknowledge we were waiting and they’d be with us as soon as possible due to short staffing. Easily accessible for all and easy to find. Very limited seating available which meant I ended up perching on the edge of a desk whilst waiting for someone to be free so that we weren’t out of sight. Staff were way to talk to and very informative.A big plus point would’ve been children’s toys as a local Skoda garage had those which made the time with the salesman a lot easier as our daughter had things that interested her.

We came to what we thought was a Suzuki garage, and met a lovely young lady called Danielle. She was extremely helpful, and after she showed us around the car that had caught my eye, which was the HS trophy petrol.I must admit that both my husband and I thought it would be out of our range as far as a deposit. Neither my husband nor I could believe the spec level of this vehicle. It is an amazing car, and after the test drive I was totally won over. We were amazed at how much car you got for the deposit, and just how helpful Danielle was.I would recommend MG to anyone who is looking for the top of the range car, and the best sales advisors we have met, after going to at least 7 or 8 different showrooms for my new motorbillity car.

What a difference, a main dealer that shows they care.From the minute i turned up for my service, the staff made me feel welcomed, had me booked in and a coffee in my hand.Must say Emma is an absolute diamond, hope they manage to keep hold of her as her personality is brilliant.I was kept up to date with when the car would be ready and was surprised to see the car even got a full valet before it was handed back to me. Cannot recommend the dealership enough, they clearly are trying to turn it round and from my experience yesterday they certainly are doing that well.
