I been working with Availl Cambridge for almost 3 years solid.Lindsay Luckins is one of the best manager I ever had over my whole working career.She is the guarantee, the carers are selected and matched exactly as and when clients needs them.As a carer they always there to help and solve any issues if something need to deal with because there are always 24/7 contact.Weekly pay is at a competitive rate .I never been out of work.After discussion my holiday time gave me enough time to recover,and mostly coming back to my previous client, that gives continuity for client and carer too.Smoothly ,efficiently run office.I work here because have a great team to work with .Highly recommend it to carers and future clients too.Katie

Great place to work, Lindsay Luckins is an amazing Manager, very caring and approachable. Pay rate is good and weekly pay is a bonus.
