Great service from a great team. The staff could not have been more helpful and I would definitely recommend. Lauren was super helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful, but with The Letting Centre Carlisle on your side it will definitely make it easier.

Good morning, my wife and I went to an address in Carlisle on Sunday we looked around the outside of the house and liked what we had seen. I rung the Letting centre Carlisle from the house and left a message very clearly on the system with my phone number, I said we would like to view the property that was for rent.I expected some sort of reply however here we are on the Tuesday and nothing, I do not think this is a very good company, no communication what so ever, I will look to see what reply I get from this feedback not expecting much very disappointed… This is the reason for one star really should have been a minus rating..

After being told they'd organise one full day for viewings for a property we were interested in, we were seemingly missed off the list and the property went to someone else. We tried desperately to arrange a viewing for a house, thinking that time was passing and they hadn't gotten back to us to arrange. Called several times and emailed, to just be ignored. I was incredibly upset when I finally got through to a member of staff, and they barely even apologised, they just said, yeah

*although our initial application went in too late to get first refusal we were invited immediately after the initial referencing wasn't successful.*Service is very much run in a step by step process which is efficient in providing relevant information as and when it's needed.*My impatience was never treated as a burden and I always received the reassurance I was looking for.*Whilst in the office making an enquiry I came to appreciate the huge work load the colleagues have to deal with on a daily basis, my greatest respect to you all for bringing order to perpetual chaos.

The Team at the Letting Centre Carlisle are by far the best team we have worked with. We have a handful of properties around the country and this is the best service we have ever had. The team takes care of the house, the contract and keeps my informed. They also give me gentle reminders and chasers when they need an answer, so I also feel they take care of my investment.

While the staff I have interacted with at Carlisle Letting have all been polite and promised support, the reality has been very disappointing. In September 2021 when finalising the let, I was at the last minute informed that the advertisement was incorrect and the house was in fact provided unfurnished. When I reminded Carlisle letting that I had already given notice at my previous property (and having also paid a deposit with them), I was advised sorry there's nothing we can do". I have nothing but fantastic feedback for The Letting Centre in Carlisle. We rented through them in December 2017 and they are the best rental agency we have experienced and in our opinion the best in Carlisle. Very responsive, professional and helpful. Letting Centre Carlisle
The agency has been pleasant and easy to deal with from start to finish. All aspects of the let and contract were professionally handled, and I particularly appreciated being sent digital copies of virtually everything discussed and signed. The agency has also quickly and professionally responded to the minor issues present in the property when I initially moved in. All in all, it made for a much more streamlined experience than I had during my previous tenancy (a private landlord).

The Letting Centre Team were fantastic - the best rental experience I have had over 8 years and 5 properties. very responsive and friendly staff who keep you up to date throughout the whole process and aim to arrange things to fit into your schedule. Cannot recommend them enough - I moved to Carlisle from Brighton June 2021 for a private rental. Huge thanks to Adrian, Jennifer, Katharine Lucy(or Lisa) and the entire team!
