Amazing! I live in Canada and my mam was having car difficulties. I am in the automotive field myself and being unable to help I called upon esteem to assist. They where incredible, honest and trustworthy. Best of all they went above and beyond in ensuring my mam was safe and had her car functional. Peace of mind is invaluable, finding a great mechanic almost impossible. Esteem encompass all of those things and more.

If you’re looking for a local reliable garage that doesn’t charge the earth, look no further than Esteem. No pressure sales and often talks himself out of work. Very trustworthy and his beard is a thing of beauty.

I would not recommend this garage. Poor repair, over charged for the work done. Very poor customer service.

Brilliant service, I had a engine management light on my vw passat and had some very expensive quotes to fix the problem. Steve quickly diagnosed the fault and fixed it at a much cheaper price, he also serviced my car all done the same day. Steve is a friendly guy I would highly recommend Teesside car services.

Couldn’t thank Stephen more for helping me instantly when breaking down on my own and then time and time again after that when I had trouble with my car early last year. His service & work is first class yet still affordable and he is a trustworthy person (offers to bring your car back to your home for you and is not in anyway intimidating like I’ve felt from other garages). He is always happy to work around your working lifestyle etc so that you are without your car for the minimum time possible.100% would recommend!

We had something hanging from the bottom of our campervan that didn't look right. Ste from Esteem happily came to our house and had a look at it, clipped it back in and explained that it was OK, but had come loose - and did not charge, proving he's trustworthy and a good guy as he could have easily said it was something serious and charged us a fortune, or at least a call-out fee. Wouldn't hesitate to use Esteem again.

Absolutely brilliant service by Steve. I take all my cars to Esteem for any work, from a twenty year old camper van to a brand new Audi, Steve has sorted them all. My family and I wouldn’t use anyone else.
