I am rating as one star because is the minimum possible. If you are planning to move somewhere where crabtree or Remus, just run! The same company part of group Fexco. Horrible! Overcharges. They do not know how to count and service level is the worst i have seen!

Speed of response to resident issues could be so much better.

I've been experiencing plenty of issues with Remus/Fexco since the beginning when buying a property in Amen Corner, Binfield - they only send invoices to be paid, which as a very good customer, I've been paying since June 2021 when we had the completion.We are in the middle of re-mortgaging by 31st of August '23 and due to a restriction at Land Registry in favour of this irresponsible company; it's more than 6 weeks since the legal company appointed by the new lender is chasing together with me and now we are in huge danger of not being able to complete our re-mortgage because of Remus.It's completely unacceptable what is going on and for them not to even maintain our estate.
