TOUT’S Cleeve
Terrible service. Such a shame as great to have another local petrol station and store and it looks great. Staff however are so rude and useless. It seems like they have had no customer service training at all. The first time I visited shortly after opening the staff were joking around and swearing loudly at each other across the shop floor. The second no one was around to help on self serve and instead the till staff too distracted on their mobile phones to help. Fortunately there won’t be a third time as I shall not be returning

It's certainly not the cheapest, and it unfortunately isn't 24/7, it doesn't have a lottery machine or offer pay-at-pump, but... it still gets five stars for such excellent and friendly service.I'm used to the (generally) very good service at Tout's Langford, but Tout's Cleeve is even better.Keep up the good work!And... a lottery machine, and half bottles of wine, would be great additions to your store.

Tout's at Cleeve is a modern new store which sells an excellent range of quality produce. Many of the foods and drinks for sale are locally sourced. The store is bright, attractively designed and the staff are always friendly and helpful. There's plenty of parking right outside.

OMG The villagers are SO lucky to have this on their doorstep. I was passing and popped in for a gluten free sandwich unfortunately there was nothing on display so asked a member of staff. She said they could make me one to order if I didn’t mind waiting. How amazing is that? So a little while later two huge hot bacon gf baps arrived. The bacon was deliciously thick and I think locally sourced too. So impressed. Wonderful friendly kind staff. Beautiful store. Trendily styled interior and absolutely spotless. Thank you everyone for your kindness today. Wow.

Lovely store. Huge selection and much bigger than you’d think from the outside. Lots of coop products and lovely things from local producers and beautiful fresh fruit and veg. Really friendly staff and they asked me if I wanted a card to get 2p off a litre of fuel. Great addition to the area.

Good to have a new outlet for this excellent outfit. Touts champion local producers such as Pullins Bakery alongside Co-op products and this filling station is well positioned to fill a gap in the Cleeve and Claverham area. Touts loyalty card gives instant discounts fuel and car wash and points for future discounts on groceries.

The thing that is annoying with this Tout's in Cleeve and other Tout's is the ignorant people that leave their vehicle at a pump and then spend ages in the shop thereby blocking the use of the pumps.Also, I emailed Tout's when the Cleeve site was in the planning application stage asking that they install pay-at-pump so it there was no need to waste time going in the store, which they replied to say they were looking into and yet they didn't bother, further slowing down the whole refueling process.
