Came here for first time nice place friendly staff who were able to fit me it last min i had ella looking after me very polite helpfull lady and of course she cut my hair lovley just what i wanted listened to what i liked and gave me good advise to help keep my hair healthy ect thumbs up . Firstly, i would like to say I rarely complain and have never written a bad review before . However, having been a loyal customer for over 16 years, I was disappointed when turning up for my appointment for a cut and blow dry last week at the Tenterden branch. Upon my arrival, Keith Francis said that they could not honour my appointment and only offered me a wet cut. I explained I didn't book a wet cut and wanted a cut and blow dry. I had booked my appointment several weeks earlier. I was told they were unable to meet my requirements as they had a wedding party in that day and they took priority. I asked why they were only telling me this now as I walked through the door. Basically the long and short was they turned me away as my one appointment was not worth as much as the wedding party and they virtually told me as much. Had they explained and rang me earlier I could have rearranged, but to wait for me to walk through the door is completely unacceptable. What made it worse was they even sent me a text the day before asking me to confirm my appointment...what a farce! I later contacted the company by email and they had the cheek to say I was 10 minutes late which was a complete lie! Neither could they spell my name correctly on their response. Needless to say I was furious! I am still 6 days later waiting for a response from the manager. So all you loyal customers out there be aware, your loyalty means nothing to this company even when you book weeks in advance. I shan't ever return despite the free cut and blow dry they offered me.

I have been using Keith Francis for at least 20 years, which speaks volume. Nothing is ever too much problem and I Keith and his staff will always do their best to deliver first class service. The times that Keith has gone out of his way to fit me in for an appointment if I need to change something and always with a laugh and a smile. I visit every 4 weeks and always come out of the salon smiling. Could not reccommend them highly enough.

Unfortunately after treating myself to a wash cut and blow dry. I was very disappointed to go home to realise that my hair had bits that had been missed so I had to cut myself. The back of my hair is all wonky as my husband pointed out to me. Also my fringe is longer on one side then the other. Total waste of 35 pound!

I’ve been going here for 4 nearly 5 years and have never been so disappointed with the service and customer service. The lady doing my foils pulled so hard and my face was squirming. The girl that washed my hair left bleach in and didn’t properly wash, she then didn’t wring the water out my hair or brush it or offer any oil. I have to do that for myself then ask for oil… I paid £125 for that… I then called to complain and it took them 2 hours to call me back and all they offered my was a free hair mask for next time I go in… which will be never! The customer service was despicable and the quality of hairdressing was awful, they have gone down hill so much. I do not recommend going here at all.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent hair stylists - have been a client of theirs for many years and will continue to do so.

Lovely staff, quick and reasonably priced service. Fantastic with my toddler. He loves it here.

A stylist from another salon, who saved my hair after my visit at Keith Frances said this.“it looked like the stylist had lost her way, then tried to cover up by heavy razoring with a very blunt razor, causing the hair to appear frizzy and split at the ends, there was no blending between back and sides, no shape, lots more hair one side. Very poor.”Sadly, for me, this was a terrible experience.I sent photographs and said I was extremely disappointed the next day, I was offered another appointment with the same stylist for a week later, which I declined.Louise at Keith Frances did offer me a appointment to correct my hair, but as we were going away, and I had clients to meet, there was no time.I ask for a refund, and was told I would have to come in for Keith to see my hair!!!! despite sending detailed images. I explained I had already had it recut as I had to meet clients, and never heard from them again.Appalling cut cost me £50! Then another £50 to be corrected.
