Firstly if you struggle to contact Cheadle Ave/Green Ln ring the Head office at Prenton they know exactly what is in that compound, this place can get so rammed there is little room between cars so dents from doors banging against other vehicles are common they are also bumper to bumper, fork lifts are driven by non licensed drivers causing damage to vehicles it’s a joke the only thing the owner SH is interested in is image.If you argue with the office staff they will make it more difficult by asking for extra documents to get your car out or deliberately make you wait longer ie when it’s right at the front they will say we are short staffed and the car is buried behind 4 non runners the fork lift driver is out and will be back in an hour.

The one worker resembled megamind think his name was Matty made a very rude joke about my weight telling me he wasn’t sure if I could fit in his van as I might “puncture the tires”.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Simply refused to let me pick up my car. When I asked why, they would hang up the phone. Waited 4 hours for them to collect my car. 2 days later I waited 5 hours for them to answer the phones I didn't know where my car was.

Just posting to say i have called several times upon receipt of recorded delivery letter to collect my bike. just rings so thought i would leave this review to confirm i am trying to collect so the £10 day charge for storage should not apply. time 16:05 on 3/10/22

Firstly the good point, 1 star.. After 4 weeks in storage for Police forensics after having it broken into, the handover was simple and easy with the car driven out to us.Upon checking the car, apart from the obvious smashed window from the break in, it is scratched pretty much on all panels with light to deep scratches. The nearside rear bumper hanging off wheel arch fitting and clearly an impact scrape and damage to both bumper and bodywork. Scratches along and down rear bumper and doors. These were not there prior to the initial incident as I'd washed and polished the car the day before the trip to Liverpool. So, apart from a simple glass replacement and valet it has now cost me £££ excess and an inconvenience of an insurance claim.. This damage has occurred during recovery and/or storage.. clearly negligence on someone's behalf.When i was checking the car over outside the compound, they brought a small white car out to its owner, dragged by a forklift and just dumped in front of him. Clearly not a lot of respect or regard for customer vehicles irrespective of circumstance..

My car has been. Here for 8 weeks due to fix auto not collecting it been in a accident but damage was to from left side only just had car collected and huge dent in drivers door absolutely disgusting place avoid at all costs am now having murder with insurance and fix auto over this as it wasn’t in claim as drivers side was perfect this company a disgrace .

Close to 40 Phone calls made and only 2 answered over a period of 4 weeks. After the first two days of calling I discovered the only way to speak to anyone here is to go into the reception, a 40 mile round trip - After this visit I was told that they must directly speak to 3rd party companies involved to deal with my stolen vehicle that was in the compound and that they would make the necessary phone calls.I've had Sam and another older Gentleman on reception both tell me that they would make the phonecalls needed to Locksmiths and the Police to attend their unit to do what they needed to do so that I could have my car returned. 4 times I was told calls would be made, 4 times zero calls happened.This isn't too hard to imagine, let's say you're dependent on a company to pursue certain obligations which need to happen in order for certain steps to be made (duties of which they never attempted to complete) and then, never be able to make contact with the site due to phone calls not being answered.My car was stolen and then found within 12 hours, over 4 weeks have passed and I have still not been able to collect my car, the complete incompetence and it seems laziness of some of the staff on this site have played a key role in how long this has played out.

Unable to get hold of them both on the phone and email. They do not pick up, they do not reply. Went to see them face to face to find they had locked up their office before 17:00 (their closing time). I was there at 16:15.There appears to be only one member of staff on to cover both the phones and moving the vehicles.Considering how much they charge, I would expect better customer support.Staff were helpful WHEN you could find them.
