Got to love starbucks. Went here with my boyfriend and pur newborn and it was lovely. The server even gave me an extra shot of vanilla as my coffee was still too strong. Thank you!

So pleased to find this open in Westfield at 0730 as I am early for an appointment. There are a few other early birds around. The team are friendly, funny and helpful. The coffee is what you’d expect. An early morning haven.

Very disappointing I made a special trip down to London from Coventry to check out this 'reserve'. As a Starbucks barista myself I've been told by many that it's very high standard and the best of the best so I was very excited to visit but left feeling like I wasted my whole day. The server Cherri was polite but when I asked her for any starbucks reserve exclusives she said there was nothing exclusive to try out, I then proceeded to tell her I won't be buying a drink and just as I was leaving I saw a menu board full of reserve exclusive drinks to try out, being a Coffee Master at Starbucks is supposed to be a role which means you're a maestro of sorts for the company and it gives you the privilage of being able to work in these 'reserve' stores however these workers were no different from my fellow normal baristas and in my opinion not as hard working as some baristas I've met in my time. The merchandise was beautifully displayed but there were no bags of their exclusive retail Coffee Beans which was the biggest disappointment of all as I was excited to take some back for my crew to try out. I was expecting a grand building but when I turned up I was shocked at how tiny it was compared to the other units in the centre. I really wouldn't recommend it, it's a standard starbucks with a 'Reserve' sticker smacked on the entrance I will not be returning.

Beautiful service and pleasant setting. The entrance door looks rather like an airport hangar, with lots of space and tallceilings.

My favourite place for a nice hot cup of coffee or hot chocolate even. And if I fancy anything cold, their frappes are the best specially the chocolate cream frappe has always been my all time favourite since it first came out on the menu.

Fancy looking Starbucks, nothing to add on the Starbucks drinks but this one has a nice and modern design. I just enjoy sitting in there. And of course very nice staff and quick service.

Came in yesterday and my daughter asked for a vanilla frappacino, told them no caramel, still got caramel, I asked for a medium hot chocolate, what I got wasn't even hot let alone medium, asked for marshmallow's was told they don't have any, the server as somewhat polite as he was looked extremely overwhelmed. The person who basically threw the drinks on the counter needs training on customer service. No manners at all. Above all avoid this dump.
