Terrible service apart from one staff member who actually bothered to come over to us the rest which was a group of younger girls were just stood around doing nothing and laughing at us and laughed when i said where I was training, which for me was a high achievement getting in to the school I'm going to and didn't appreciate being looked down apponGood clothes bad staff

We came there with our daughter for pointe shoe fitting without appointment on Sunday evening. Maiya took her time with our daughter. Very polite and very sweet. She gave us every details we needed about the options we had. She was fantastic and our daughter was very pleased with her fitting and the service. She didn't pressure her to buy a certain style and left the choice to her. Really great great service! Ask for Maiya!

The store was disorganised with loads of unpacking left around the store covering the sofa and falling all over.The younger assistant was helpful albeit not very knowledgeable.The other lady I overheard gossiping with full on resentment about another customer at the till.I wouldn't be surprised if the customer heard her too since they walked out soon after the fitting. I felt uncomfortable and it was rather unkind to be hearing other customers being gossiped about.There are good products but it does require a tidy up and staff training on customer service.

I came here to buy a new pair of dancing shoes for my Salsa Class. One lady was busy selling some Ballet shoes to a family of a young girl. The other one was not very talkative or helped in any way. So I pretty much helped out myself. Asked for 3 pairs in my size, one wasn't available. Tried the other two pairs of shoes. In the end I found a pair which fitted perfectly. The shop itself has really everything and anything you may need as a dancer. From Ballet to Salsa to all other styles.

This is the only place I trust for pointe shoe fittings. Brilliant, helpful and knowledgable staff who've always made me feel completely at ease as an adult relative beginner dancer every time I've been here for pointe shoes. I won't go anywhere else now!
