My eyesight appointment was carried out by Heather at the Newport Isle of Wight branch who had to break the news to me that I had a cataract in both eyes!!!! She was caring to ensure that I understood the implications and all that having cataracts entailed.

Welcome initially was friendly and prompt. Initial checks were well explained and conducted professionally. Additional test was introduced with no pressure but explained the benefits and made we want to do the test. Marie gave excellent service on tests and in choosing and fitting of new glasses for ordering.The Pre Reg (sorry didn’t catch his name) was very thorough. He explained well and conducted the test at an even pace which was both positive and reassuring.

All the staff are so polite, friendly and helpful. They gave all the time you needed to pick out your new frames and are all knowledgeable in regards to such things as prisms and transition lenses. I would give the 10 gold stars if I could!
