FJ Chalke - Nissan & Kia, Yeovil

I bought my second car off them and as before customer care was outstanding. They kept us updated with any developments, issues with our purchase and were welcoming and attentive to our requirements both in shop and on phone or email

Generally only went in to the showroom to look at a future potential new car to teach driving lessons in, turns out I can't say no to a new shiny car! The waiting time wasn't ideal but it's understandable, was only a month late but it's perfect so didn't mind at all. Charlie who sold me my car was amazing from beginning to the end, went above and beyond with his service!

I had a great experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil because They were the only ones to come out and talk to us on our first visit when no one at other dealerships wanted to talk to us, The offer a services to their customers not seen in this country since the 60s, good quality , old fashion service, the customer matters, it was so good , we had gone for a second hand car and ended up buying a new one, Chalkes and their staff are like old friendsMy wife and I set out a couple of weeks ago to look at second hand cars in Yeovil, I think it's safe to say we did all the dealerships that day, Now I don't know about you but cars all look the same now, so our criteria was not big not small but in the middle. Now the only place we visited where someone came out to ask if we needed help, was FJChalke. We saw no one at any of the others. They did not seem interested.But Chalkes, were different, smart gentleman by the name of Ross came to ask if he could help, polite, helpful, not pushy, but made you feel important, good old fashioned customer service, sadly missing in a lot of businesses today.We had seen a car , the Stonic, we liked and all was explained in simple terms we could understand.Anyway, we had a test drive , another chat and brought a new one, coming in September, yes yes I hear you , we were looking Second hand, well KIA offer a seven year warranty, a no brainer to us.So if your looking new second hand, get down there and see them, all their staff are wonderful, Oh , and they won't keep you waiting

Nick was excellent kept us fully informed on any delays in delivering our lovely Qashqai epower. It was worth the wait! We love it.

Admittedly I had to wait 13 months for the EV6 but we were informed of the delay when we ordered the car. F J Chalke have attended to our additional requests efficiently and we are most pleased with the level of service we received. Many thanks

Needed assistance with understanding a letter and conflicting email. The sales manager couldn't be bothered to leave the confines of the office. Sent the service assistant to tell me to contact Nissan. Perhaps outcome might have been different if I'd wanted to purchase a new xtrail at 50k. Purchased my last 3 cars from here, definitely the last. Avoid.

Recently the AA towed me into this garage as I had broken down and a roadside repair was not possible.I was 150 miles from home and the area was unknown to me.The reception team member Sarah was professional, efficient and showed great empathy for my situation. I, of course was stressed.FJ Chalke are very busy and I was warned about a long delay but within a few days my car was ready for collection. I would like to express my thanks to the mechanics and Sarah who prioritised the job and remedied a difficult situation for me. Well done.

A very pleasant experience from start to finish, Jake made me feel comfortable right from the off, it can be a little intimidating sometimes for a female to walk into a garage but i was completely at ease from the moment i walked in and was greeted, I was recommended by friends and family and I will definitely recommend them.Great customer service even starting with the very 1st phone call.Really pleased with my sportageThankyou

The Staff at FJ Chalke were welcoming and polite, they answered all questions I had and gave details to assist me in my purchase. Would recommend them to anyone look to buy new or used, with members of staff who speak truthfully and honestly.

Went in last Monday to have a look at a car. Was greeted by a girl called Katie who is a service advisor. As a female myself sometimes going into car dealerships can be over whelming but she was friendly and helpful, also nice to see a company with diversity as she had similar hair to me. I booked in for a service and will be back to see her and the team soon.
