Ray’s Roofing Ltd did a great job of repairing my damaged roof. A new dry ridge system is in place so the pesky birds have nothing to peck! My chimney and gutter are back in good order. I am pleased with their workmanship, professionalism and overall service from the contact made from the office through to the team who surveyed and did the work. The place was left clean and tidy too. I would recommend Ray’s Roofing Ltd.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ray Jones Roofing Company. It was an emergency call as a 50kg coping stone had fallen from my roof. Jayne who answered the phone and kept me informed throughout was fantastic. She was extremely efficient organising an emergency call out and very friendly and empathetic about my situation.Bert and Arthur m, he roofers arrived before 8am, ready to start work and were extremely friendly and helpful. They worked solidly for 4 hours informing and showing me pictures of what they were doing and even Ray the boss called me to explain everything.Overall, I cannot recommend Ray Jones Roofing Company enough. Their exceptional communication, top-notch workmanship, and commitment to customer satisfaction set them apart from other roofing companies. If you are in need of any roofing services, do not hesitate to choose a them! They are truly the best in the business.

Good company, very professional service and friendly staff. We used them through our insurance after storm Eunice. The insurance took a lot of time to give their greenlight (while they sent Ray Jones to assess damage in the first place, but still required 3 quotes, etc) but in the end this company was the cheapest and most reliable I think. They did the works rapidly and we are very satisfied. Highly recommended.

I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Jones Roofing ltd . They were very quick and efficient. Organising the scaffolding and turning up to do the work in no time at all. The roofers themselves were very good and polite, and even cleaned out my gutters while up on the roof. They were recommended by my insurance company but I would easily use them again if the need arises.

Team fitted a new roof vent through my flat roof and worked hard when they found the old owners had another old flat roof under the top layer. The owner Ray shared useful advice and kept me updated throughout. Will be using this company for future roofing works. Many thanks!

We used Ray Jones Roofing for a roof report that we needed on a house we are buying. From the beginning to the end, they were brilliant. Terri especially was outstanding. The report was very detailed and if we needed any work done we would go with them.

Storm Eunice took part of our roof off and we were unsure what to do. We contacted Ray Jones and they were super helpful and sent round a team that evening to weather proof the house until they could give us an estimate. The whole process was super professional & helpful and we are so glad we have made this connection. Highly recommend.

During the recent bad weather our roof started to leak, our insurance company appointed RJR to sort out the leak. Due to the style of roof and position of the leak this required the erection of scaffolding to allow safe access. Once the scaffolding was up RJR sorted out the problem immediately, with no fuss or bother. Whilst the scaffolding was up we took the opportunity to have some additional preventative maintenance done. Through out the process RJR , in particular Jayne, we’re brilliant at communication, keeping us updated on when various things were happening and managing the whole job. Additional we were due to go on holiday and basically they move heaven and earth to get the job done before we left. I would be very happy to recommend them.

First, the office staff, especially Terri, are very customer focused and take the time to listen and follow through any promises, such as callbacks. Ray knows his trade inside out and will offer sound, no nonsense advice. Being on my own, I was anxious about the work required, but once the team were on site, the turnaround was quicker than expected, in just two days. I needn't have worried. The Roofing team, Steve and brothers Bert and Arthur worked diligently and were very reliable. The works were reasonably priced and they produce numerous pictures and a full guarantee.
